The Gong Meditation Project

Zach started ‘The Gong Meditation Project’ in November of 2010 after trying to find ways to escape from the everyday stresses of life. After years of attempting silent meditation, he thought it would be a good idea to try and play some soothing pitched gongs to distract the mind and assist with the meditation process. After many hours of recording private gong sessions, listening back and perfecting this live meditative and healing music, Zach is pleased to share “The Gong Meditation Project” with everyone.
